Company Information (Words from President)

We continue to grow as a company in order to improve IT utilization efficiency for our customers.

When I entered the field of computers 30 some years ago, the computer was being used as nothing more than an electronic calculator, mainly for backyard use such as for payroll calculation. Later, the computer went through a dynamic performance improvement, and today its existence is essential for business advancement. Because the computer has become a lifeline for businesses, people are eyeing its role with interest, and further enhancement in its efficient use has become the next target. As the roles of the computer become more important, there will be a need for higher levels of know-how, so fostering computer professionals is becoming more difficult. Under these circumstances, IIM was established as a group of professionals in the field of computers, aiming to provide aid in system performance management of businesses.

Before the establishment of IIM, I was working as a consultant, and I felt it an important mission to make more effective use of the computer. Hoping to be of some help to many customers in reducing their time and energy spent, resulted in my commitment to developing and packaging our own computer software.

Since IIM's establishment in 1988, we have made a careful consideration of how to provide our software to customers, and we decided to adopt a rental system for distribution. Software can fulfill its role only when customers use it. The reason for adopting a rental system was so that customers would be able to achieve effective use of our products and for IIM to provide the best support possible so that users will continue to use our products for a long length of time. IIM's policy "To sell is to support" came about from this, and we have been abiding by this policy since establishing our business operation. Today our neutral stance and high technological skill are highly valued, and we currently have approximately 800 companies that continue to use our products, enabling us to establish strong trusting relationships.

We intend to continue making efforts to provide new functions that support more effective IT use, cost reduction, and produce added value, as well as to proactively extend our support to the many customers we have not yet had any dealings with.
